How to find your Fiat DAIICHI serial

DAIICHI units are the second most common Fiat family after Visteon. The label prints the maker name in small type at the bottom edge, which is the quickest way to tell them apart.

Where to look

In rough order of how little work each option takes on a Fiat DAIICHI unit.

    Chassis label

    Slide the unit out and read the label on the top face. Look for DAIICHI in the small print and a seven-digit serial, sometimes preceded by SN.

  2. 02

    Rear connector shroud

    Ducato units repeat the serial on a sticker beside the ISO connector at the back, which is readable once the unit is half out.
