How to find your Jaguar Alpine serial

Jaguar's Alpine units use a seven-digit serial. On X-Type and S-Type the unit is part of a bonded centre console assembly, so take your time with the trim.

Where to look

In rough order of how little work each option takes on a Jaguar Alpine unit.

    Chassis label

    The label on the top face lists ALPINE and a seven-digit serial, usually below the Jaguar part number. Enter the seven digits only.

  2. 02

    Console aperture sticker

    X-Type consoles have a duplicate barcode inside the aperture on the left-hand side; a torch and a phone camera will read it without full removal.
